Mindful Movement Yoga

A yoga class that incorporates elements of tai chi and qigong to aid in reducing stress and improving overall health and well-being. Class will focus on harmonizing the body, mind and spirit using yoga, meditation and breath along with mindful movement. Open to all levels. Please bring your own mat. $15. Hosted by Eliza Perez.
