Our 800 square foot space is available to rent daily or hourly for small events, workshops, classes, meetings, or gatherings. It can accommodate 50 people (standing room only), or 30-35 people with tables and chairs.
Rental includes access to and use of:
800 sq ft main space with 12ft ceilings
a smaller front area with 20ft ceiling section and 8 ft windows
high speed wifi
stereo system
an ADA accessible bathroom
dining tables and chairs
an outdoor garden patio overlooking the Pawcatuck River for up to 25 ppl (must request access in advance)
an adjustable thermostat
an upright piano (by request)
a PA system
loading zone at front of building
we can provide food and beverage (message for a quote)
we have partnerships with caterers, florists, musicians and DJ’s, should you need recommendations.
